Ant. Vota mea

Psalmus 115.
(3g)
Psalm 115.
115:1. Crédidi, propter quod lotus sum : * ego autem humiliátus sum nimis. 1. I have believed, therefore have I spoken; * but I have been humbled exceedingly.
115:2. Ego dixi in excéssu meo : * Omnis homo mendax. 2. I said in my excess: * Every man is a liar.
115:3. Quid retríbuam mino, * pro ómnibus, quæ retríbuit mihi? 3. What shall I render to the Lord, * for all the things that he hath rendered to me?
115:4. Cálicem saluris acpiam : * et nomen Dómini invobo. 4. I will take the chalice of salvation; * and I will call upon the name of the Lord.
115:5. Vota mea Dómino reddam coram omni pulo ejus : * pretiósa in conspéctu Dómini mors sanctórum ejus : 5. I will pay my vows to the Lord before all his people: * precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.
115:6. O Dómine, quia ego servus tuus : * ego servus tuus, et fílius ancíllæ tuæ. 6. O Lord, for I am thy servant: * I am thy servant, and the son of thy handmaid.
115:7. Dirupísti víncula mea : tibi sacrificábo stiam laudis, * et nomen Dómini invobo. 7. Thou hast broken my bonds: * I will sacrifice to thee the sacrifice of praise, and I will call upon the name of the Lord.
115:8. Vota mea Dómino reddam in conspéctu omnis puli ejus : * in átriis domus Dómini, in médio tui, Jesalem. 8. I will pay my vows to the Lord in the sight of all his people: * in the courts of the house of the Lord, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem.
V. Glória Patri, et lio, * et Spirítu-i Sancto. V. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, * and to the Holy Ghost.
R. Sicut erat in princípio, et nunc, et semper, * et in sǽcula sæcu-rum. Amen. R. As it was in the beginning, is now, * and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
